Designed for those who demand the utmost hardness and durability, you can't beat our Falcon Coat Extreme. Falcon Coat Extreme is is a very hard, durable, thermally cured ceramic finish. The great looking finish combines durability, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, superior hardness, abrasion resistance and self lubricating properties. Most Falcon Extreme colors rate from 7H to 8H hardness and are rated from 1500 to 2500, 5% salt spray. We achieve these hardnesses from the addition of ceramic properties of our unique coating formula while using a thin application for holding close tolerances for parts and actions. An ideal choice for extreme sportsmen.
Falcon Coat Extreme can be applied to aluminum, stainless steel, brass and almost any metal. A coating thickness of .0005 is applied to close tolerance parts and .001 is applied to outside surfaces. Parkerized
In our Parkerized finishes we use a manganese compound. Our special blend usually results in dull dark gray to a flat black tone. Colors vary depending on metal alloys.
